Conor Adler

Conor is an experienced business developer and people person extraordinaire. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Providence College he went on to work for US Bank as a CDO Portfolio Administrator. Since then he has taken on leadership positions at both P3rceive as well as Blue Harvest. His natural propensity to lead has helped him form many strategic relationships in and around the Chicagoland area. In his free time he enjoys reading and playing pickup rugby.

Lila Adler

A detail oriented strategist. Lila is a curious, human centered thinker with a knack for ideation. She received her bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Entrepreneurship from the University of California Berkeley. In her time at Berkeley she completed the Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and participated in multiple on-campus pitch competitions. Alongside her studies she participated as a member of the Track and Field team as a Division 1 Pole Vaulter. Her interests range from Packaging & Product Design, Advertising, Experiential Marketing, Biotech, FoodTech, Medical Marijuana, and Green Energy. In her free time Lila enjoys surfing and running.
